20/20 -Disappearing Glaciers

A giant-format, human-powered book + cultural Art archive of the Northern Hemisphere’s circumpolar vanishing ice. This multi-year commitment to conservation, documentation, and legacy-preservation combines large-format photography, exploration, and environmental calls-to action to create a permanent historical record.

Who I Am

I'm a Creative at the intersection of authenticity, sport, lifestyle, and the natural world. Every project—commercial, editorial, or fine art—is grounded in a deep connection to place, purpose, and brand. I'm an 'old school' creative. I grew up with darkrooms, film cameras, projectors, microfilm/fische, and books. LOTS of books... and colour theory, hand-print craft etc.

I appreciate the emotional connection you can build with imagery that goes beyond showing more 'shiny happy faces' that nobody can actually connect with.

I appreciate connecting brands visually with the natural world, and things larger than their 'products', so people can connect with a meaningful story behind them.

I appreciate the nuance and detail you can realize through shooting Medium Format w/16 bit colour.

I was a Tier-1 professional athlete for well over a decade. Bringing authenticity to visuals is integral on this end. We also do things quickly and efficiently. Period. We don't waste time or materials on what we don't need. We move through the mission and execute on time and on budget, every time. There are no exceptions. Efficiency drives things here. And 20+yrs of experience.

Long-Term Vision:

Documenting Disappearing Glaciers—a human-powered expedition, large-format book and art project archiving the vanishing ice and connected indigenous peoples of the circumpolar Northern Hemisphere. Artworks are NFT-minted for giant-format original sales, supporting further conservation efforts.

Conservation & Commitment

For every commercial project, I commit to a 1:1 match in conservation volunteer work. My practice is paperless, solar-powered, and as low-impact as possible—plant-based, up-cycled gear, wool clothing, minimal driving, human-powered transport wherever possible.
